Very nice one! I'm not sure about the spelling of "fous" though, I would put a final T instead, but I'm no authority on French spelling... But excellent work nevertheless! I mean it! I don't leave you comments otherwise, because I know you don't answer them .
haha, i don't answer because i don't know what to say. i just let people interpret my work and say what they want. if someone says something that really strikes me, then i will reply, other than that, i won't. anyway, i like being mysterious.
are you saying i should use foutre? "je m'en fous" basically means "i don't give a fuck" and is a commonly used french phrase. but what do i know. i don't live in europe. i just pretend to.
I know what it means! French is my mother-tongue; don't ya remember me? I guess not... So yeah... since "foutre" is the infinitive, I think the T remains when you conjugate it, like "je m'en fout", and for a plural third person it'd give "ils s'en foutent", where the T is definitely there, so I would assume that it's there too for the other persons, but then again, I'm not sure! I could check out the official conjugation, if you want, insist, beg, and bribe me into it.

According to Bescherelle foutre is conjugated like rendre and so one would be correct in thinking, as you do, that it should be "fout." BUT, it's also lists it as a verbe défectif, because in this particular idiomatic usage the spelling is "fous."
Who would have thunk of it? And Bescherelle is pretty much THE reference, so I can't go against it. See, that's why I prefer English to French, English makes more sense.
I just looked youup and I see that you are Swiss. NO WONDER you think that English makes more sense. I have many Swiss friends, and have myself lived for spells in Geneva and Thun, and no one in the wprld speaks better English than the Swiss. In fact, it's to a German speaking Swiss that I turn whenever I'm not sure of the proper use of my native tongue (English).
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example.
