I just received a copy of my book in the mail this morning. I was sort of disappointed with it, although the binding that Blurb did was quite superb and flawless, a lot of my photos turned out much darker than I had anticipated. For this reason, I am creating a new book that is much larger in size and re-editing the photos that need to be edited. I've never worked with Blurb before, and this is my first book ever. I guess I should've realized that what may look great on a computer screen, may not look exactly the same in print. I guess I'll be working extra hard to get it out there. Hang on tight.

You know what, I just decided that I'm going to release the book at the end of the year. It makes more sense in my head. I've been taking on a lot of hours at work lately, and a lot of responsibility. It has been making me extremely weary and tired all the time. I haven't had a day off of work since a week ago and my next day off is Friday. I recently had to purchase new glasses and new contacts because of eye problems I've been having. So all of my hard working money is going towards my body and foods for me to eat since I've also been sick for a few weeks. It seems like I'm making a bunch of excuses, but really, all I seem to do is eat, sleep, and work. I've haven't been able to focus any time on the book, and I haven't done so in quite a while. I'm trying to prioritize things. Look for the release of the book at the end of the year. I will try my best to work on it as much as I can. Thank you for your understanding. And this is all I will say about the book until it is finished.

i really must apologize for the book not being ready yet. i discovered that i was missing quite a chunk of some of my photos and that they were on a different computer. it's been a bitch trying to locate them and to have to re-edit them, but hopefully this won't set me back too much longer. i'm also STILL trying to come up with a title (that's been my biggest challenge). thanks for your patience.

edit: i ran into another problem recently. my credit card number was stolen on sunday night, and i didn't find out until last night that someone has been making ridiculous charges to my account. i was going to use my money to pay for the publishing of the book, but since this asshole has royally fucked me over (and that i'm now waaay in the negative), i'm going to have to wait a week or longer to get everything sorted out and to get a new card and my money back. i can't win!
